“Ukrainian Textile Recycling Association” is a public association whose founders and members are legal entities and individuals under private law.
The association is a non-profit organization operating on the principles of voluntarism, self-governance, freedom to choose its area of operation, equality before the law, transparency, and openness.
We collaborate with government agencies, local authorities, businesses of various ownership structures, as well as partner organizations in Ukraine and abroad.

Membership of the Association is open to private legal entities, Ukrainian citizens, foreign nationals and stateless persons lawfully residing in Ukraine, who are aged 18 or over, who accept the Association’s Articles of Association, and who support activities aimed at achieving the Association’s objectives and areas of activity.
The Association has two categories of membership: full and associate.
Full members of the Association may be private-law legal entities and sole traders engaged in the processing of textiles and textile waste, and the collection, sorting, cleaning and processing of footwear, haberdashery, and second-hand goods, in particular furniture, household appliances, kitchenware, tools, printed materials, sports equipment, environmentally sound waste management, and the processing of other types of waste, including those engaged in international cooperation in the aforementioned fields.

Membership of the Association is open to private-law legal entities and individuals who share the values of sustainable development and the circular economy.
